Campaign Story
This fundraising is for my baby boy JACK ADAM FUNTE. He is my precious first born baby at 27 weeks 5/7 AOG (six months) last November 29, 2018.
Baby Jack Adam is a premature baby and was placed inside the incubator after delivery. With the complications of a premature baby, Baby Jack is still admitted in the hospital up to this time. Me and my family is anxiously waiting for him to get better so we can bring him home.
We have been sourcing out funds to support Baby Jack hospital bills which is fifteen (15) thousand a day plus the daily additional costs that includes transpo to and from the hospital, food and child care needs. There are still 3 months left for Baby Jack to fully recover inside the incubator. Our baby Jack deserves all the chance to survive this battle. I'm knocking on your big heart to support baby Jack Adam medical expenses.

Baby Jack Adam was advised by his Pedia doctor to have ROP (retinopathy of prematurity) eye check up.But sadly, baby was diagnosed to have Stage 4 ROP. Stage 4 ROP is partially detached of retina. Baby Jack Adam is needed to take eye laser surgery procedure the soonest
