Campaign Story
Louise Samantha Jamin is from Cagayan de oro city, Philippines and was born on Oct 26th 2014 with a combination of 3 types of cerebral palsy. She is in desperate need of help to be able to pay for her therapies and medications. She needs therapy twice a week and medications daily to control her seizures. Sam's parents have exhausted all available options. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
