Funding needed for the small but influential SPCA branch in Louis Trichardt, South Africa. Apart from managing strays and re-homing animals they are actively involved in the "Break the Chains" rural outreach program as well as sourcing funds for Spay and Neuter campaigns in the local rural areas. This charity receives NO funding or support from the government and even Lottery allocations have been rerouted to other charities.
