My deepest condolences to the family. We had a lot of great times at Novellus back in the day. Lauren and Lucas, he loved you dearly and bragged about you both often. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Saddened and shocked to hear about Lou. He was well respected in the industry and a trusted and good friend to so many of us.

Mike and are are so sad for your loss Lauren, Lucas and the rest of the family. We have appreciated your Dads generosity with our daughter Kaitlyn and that he accepted her as his own, when out for visits over the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of grief.

Lou was always the coolest dad and so much fun. He introduced me to the world of conventions by taking me, Lauren, and Lucas to my very first Star Wars convention. Thinking about him now I can honestly say that he has helped shape me into the person I am today by being so bold and proud about the things he liked and not being ashamed of letting your nerd flag fly. Ever since that first Star Wars convention I have continued to go to conventions as often as I can, dressing up, and never shying away from my inner nerd. He and his awesome Star Wars collection were even the main subject of one of my college papers once, and he graciously sent me tons of photos and talked on the phone with me all about his love for Star Wars, and all the conventions he's been to. His energy for the things he loved, including Star Wars, and his family, was always so infectious. Lauren, I haven't seen or spoken to you in a while, but I still consider you such a good friend, and I'm so heartbroken for you and Lucas right now. Just know that I miss you, and I'm thinking about you. I'm so so sorry for your loss. Your dad was such a cool guy, and I will always remember him.
