Lost my parents to suicides

hi my name is allan Johnson, I'm a 23 year old son of Leo and Johan Johnson.

My father (leo) Committed suicide on December 22, 2020. And then my mother Committed suicide on the 28th of December, 2020. I'm lost without them with very little family and freinds. I have there ashes, both in a bag and card board box. They were both cremated, with no proper funeral. I don't know what to do, or what is out there for help so I created this but I have no idea how it works. I'm begging my heart out for some kind of help. After they Committed suicide I fell into a deep depression. I have no money and we lived in an apartment wich I have to pay for for next 7 months. I'm sorry to have to ask for help but I really really need it. 😔 thank you guys and God bless. Love everyone. Miss my father and mother so so much.
