Looking to create a local Investment company to boost community

I have spent the Last 7 years working in management in the hospitality sector. After the breakdown of my family and my ex partner moving away with my 2 year old son. I decided to move home to focus on building a future for me and my son.

I soon noticed upon moving home that it was an area of poor economic development. I have been researching this area for about 7 months now, and I am now ready to start my business. I hope to create a successful business with 2 main objectives; build and promotes business in the area to help boost economic and, Investing in financial markets with regards to stocks and shares building a profitable portfolio to encourage more investment.

Employments rates in Area at 59.6% compared to Northern Ireland average of 68.4% (as of March 2017 5.3% compared to Northern Ireland Average of 2.7%)

With the total amount of running businesses in Northern Ireland 6.9% of them are locate in the area. this is relatively low considering the area in the second city in Northern Ireland.

This initial funding is to;

1. Cover start up cost of business, legal fees, marketing, business supplies

2. Create a website that explains clear vision of business, present business portfolio, blogs, tips and economic news.
