LOOKING FOR HELP TO START A BUSINESS

Looking for help to start a business

I’m a mom and wife, who would like to start her own business. My plan is to buy old, forgotten apartments/houses, renovate them, give them new life and sell them to people, who are looking for a new home but don’t have much time (or enthusiasm) for renovations.

The situation

At the moment I don’t have any money at all, and also don’t know where to get the much needed initial capital. Therefore I would need help from good people.

The costs

I will start small and build from there, so the estimated costs are about 75 000 EUR (50 000 EUR for the apartment and 25 000 for renovation).
