London Calling

My name is Alida. I am 38 years old. This is my New Year's Resolution.

I have got many, many big dreams (and amazing 5 years old prince). One of them is visiting London (the amazing London), next year (in the amazing 2021). This year I couldn't because of COVID-19 (of the amazing COVID-19). I would like to spend two weeks there visiting my friend, drinking some Earl Grey, visiting the places, I have always wanted to (like the amazing 221B, Baker Street), trying not to fall off from The Tower Bridge, taking long walks on the empty streets in the rain, early in the morning when it's still dark, getting lost in a park, feeding squirrels, eating fish&chips for a hangover (an amazing hangover) and watching a sunrise on the Thames.

2020 was a bitch (an amazing bitch). 2020 was a great disappointment. But 2020 was also a great opportunity to see what is important, what it is really worth fighting for, what we want to achieve. My dreams have become more important.

I would like to see the world out there, I would like to travel, I would like to finish my novel and be brave as hell.

I can't give up.

I know 2021 will be amazing.
