journey to New york

My name is Pamela Dyantyi, I was born and raised in the Eastern Cape from the small town of Molteno.I am an aspiring actor,singer and scriptwriter. As a local artist with limited opportunities in the Eastern Cape, I decided to take initiative and decided to audition in Port Elizabeth with the hope of being selected to participate and take part at the International arts talent showcase/IATS ( takes place annaully in johannesburg for artists who want to pursue a carreer in the arts). As a result, I got a callback and was invited to participate and audition at the IATS 2019.I

Here I auditioned infront of International adjudicators, from the likes of Rhayvnn Drummer,who is the independent casting director for TYLER PERRY STUDIOS.ProducerNate Butler, who has worked with legends such as Luther Vandross and one of the biggest selling artists of today, Justin Bieber. I also auditioned infront ofJoey Hunter, who is the President of IMTA (International model and talent association) who is based in New York.

After performing and auditioning I was scouted by Joey Hunter and got an invitation to attend and represent South Africa at the IMTA convention in New York city ,which will be held now held in January of 2021 due to the global pandemic of covid 19

The total amount for the trip is (R75000) this equates to ($5019,64).This will include all meals,flights, accomodation and audition fees.

Attending the convention will expose me to International casting directors,record labels and talents scouts from Asia,Europe and New york city.And will equip me with skills to which I can bring back to South Africa and equip my own people.

It will give me opportunities to get scholarships and awards from prestigious schools like the New York film academy.

I am thus asking for any assistance that is available inorder to pursue my dream.
