Liver Transplant (Shoukat Ali)

Mr. Shoukat Ali (MR no. 151062317) is a 35 year old daily wage worker, working in a Govt. office since he is on daily wages therefore he is not eligible for govt. medical facility. He is suffering from Hepatitis C, Doctors have suggested Liver Transplant (His wife is donating the liver) the approx. cost as suggested by DOW is 4.5 million rupees. His medical reports are attached as well, sorry for the picture quality that’s the best he could provide.
