Liver Transplant funds

I am a 20 year old female from South Africa at KwaZulu Natal. i have been diagnosed with autoimmune hapitatis from 2015 it a lifelong chronic disease that can't be cured but treated. Autoimmune hepatitis is liver inflammation that occurs when your body's immune system turns against liver cells. The exact cause of autoimmune hepatitis is unclear, I have been praying to get a donor and do liver transplant as soon as possible as it has worsen up the past few weeks.on 2017 i was very ill I couldn't finish my matric.i was in and out of hospitals. My aunt than tried to put me on her medical aid because the public hospital I attended weren't taking my case seriously that when i ended in GrootSchur Hosp in Cape Town unfortunately I returned without help because I couldn't get a donor after being in a waiting list and getting my parents in dept for transport fee and accommodation they used while i was in Hosp beds. A year after 2018 i found out that the medical aid wasn't paying and i am owing a hospital since it was a chronic matter .payment were demanded and my parents lost their jobs 2019 September they than tried to settle the hospital bill that haven't been settled even now due to the big sum. Now things has worsen up and again.the Hospital I've been attending for years take my case for granted. So all i am seeking for is to get help in settling all my hospital bills and get fees to go to Cape Town and he help as soon as possible. I have my own list of people willing to donate for me. I seek attention to get them tested too. And if we get a match I seek that they perform a liver transplant as soon as they can because I don't sleep anymore the pains I go through.i know with God I will survive.
