Azlan is my 2 months old son whose diagnosed with Down Syndrome, holes in his heart (VSD and PDA), Hypothyroidism, and now battling his life due to Biliary Atresia. We are knocking on your kind heart to help us raise the needed fund for his liver transplant which costs 5 Million pesos in the Philippines and 2 Million pesos if done in India the soonest possible time. Me and my wife as an OFW cannot raise the said amount solely and as a parent it breaks our heart to see our child suffering from the things the he doesn’t even understand. We are reaching our hands to you to help us save his life and let him see how beautiful the world would be with his own two eyes.
