Liver surgery for my cat Albus

Hi everyone, meet Albus. He is playable, happy, and love-spreding 2 year old male cat, whose stomach has been recently filling up with water. We went to a doctor, and he told us that his blood vessel in his liver is damaged, and not fully working. His stomach fills up every 3-5 days, and when that happens, he needs medication for "unwatering" the liver. This medication is not cheap, we can hadle it for now, but the saddest thing is, that this will not keep him alive forever. The doctor told us, that the surgery that could potentionally fix this could be done only in Vienna or Budapest, not here in Slovakia because of our medical conditions. The process would be taking him to Czech Republic for CT scan(600€), and then to Vienna/Budapest to perform the surgery(2300-2500€). We don't really know how long he could survive being constantly fed with medication, and how long can we provide buying the medication. I hope this reaches you, and if you have some spare change, It would be much appreciated if you could donate something for Albus.
