LIVER FAILURE: Hypervascular Tumor/Cancer

Felix lives in the Philippines, a fourteen-year-old young man who wants to serve the Lord through a full-time mission when he will turn 18. Due to his condition, we consolidated with his family to raise this fundraising campaign to help him with the medical expenses including the surgery, medicines, and everything needed for his operation and healing.

On March 3 Felix Moral has been diagnosed with a Hypervascular Tumor in the Liver. The pain he feels focuses on the top right of the abdominal area, near the right shoulder blade. The pain can sometimes extend into the back. It can also be felt in the lower right portion of the rib cage. The pain is accompanied by swelling in the abdomen and in the legs and ankles. Symptoms of this kind of liver disease include: his skin or the whites of his eyes turn yellow (jaundice), He also has itchy skin, darker pee, and paler poo than usual. loss of appetite or losing weight without trying to. feeling tired or having no energy.

He has been to the Oncologist for many checkups, accordingly the best option to cure hypervascular tumor is with either surgical resection (removal of the tumor with surgery) or a liver transplant. If all cancer or tumor in the liver is completely removed, he will have the best outlook.

He once said, "I do not want to leave an undue burden on my family of incoming medical expenses and bills, as a cancer diagnosis can be very expensive. As we all know life doesn't stop with a cancer diagnosis and neither do expenses, I have to keep moving forward and am asking for any help to ease the burden off of my family. I am not going to give up, I am staying positive and am going to fight with everything I have in me. My faith is strong as well and continues to help me move forward.
