Campaign Story
My son needs to have a brain surgery as soon as possible.
He has probably a medulloblastoma or a ependymoma, which only can be determined after the surgery.
The tumor is in such a difficult location, the surgery does need to be done.
The most important first step is maximal safe resection of the mass, the histology and staging workup will determine what other treatment may be needed.
He will also need acute rehab services after the surgery to recover, and also oncology care as well.
