Campaign Story
Hi everyone, I am Mabelle, a mother of 4 kids of which two of them are newly born identical twins. I gave birth to a pair of beautiful girls last 8th of September.
Unfortunately the younger twin, Laurie, was diagnosed 2 months later with Tetralogy of Fallot, a complex congenital heart disease that the only treatment is surgery.

Little Laurie and I are humbly knocking the doors of your hearts this holiday season. She will be scheduled for surgery at the Philippine Heart Center and we're currently rallying to raise funds that may cost at least Php500,000 (~USD 9500). This does not include post-op scans/checks and medications.
