Little Kauê special needs fundraiser

Hi friends!

My Father and I are making a crowdfunding to help my brother kaue! Every little bit helps
He has special and urgent needs!
Anyone who can help, whether participating or sharing, will be welcome. The greatest reward is to see his smile - little Kauê

Kauê was born prematurely at 6 months of gestation. Today he is 18 years old, has a lot of motor difficulties, does not walk and takes anti-seizure drugs daily, but his intelligence is all preserved. Due to the lack of movement and the use of inadequate wheelchairs, Kauê suffered a hip rotation and currently has a very severe scoliosis, which has caused him constant pain.

Kauê is an example of life and teaches us every day that we have to fight for our happiness every moment, even in the most extreme difficulties. Even in pain he always has a smile on his face, a sparkle in his eyes to share, and a desire to live!

We really need your help, because each day with the lack of these resources the health of Kauê worsens.

Campaign Objectives / Resources Needed:

-Wheelchair adaptation every 8 months.

-High bed with reclining orthopedic mattress.

- Adapted shower chair.

- Travel seat adapted for seat belt.

-Diapers, anti-seizure remedies (daily use)

-Special clothes due to the pronounced bones and fragile physical structure (bone and muscle).

-Physiotherapy and speech therapy through the Bobat method.

-Echotherapy.

-Special feeding - feeding takes place via direct probe to the stomach

-Probe change every 10 months

-Activities to stimulate motor coordination

-Special Education School

- Need for surgeries with gradual increase in lateral scoliosis and very sharp hip rotation.

-The wheelchair needs constant adaptation due to the constant rotation of the hip, and the accentuated lateral scoliosis.
