If you don't know, now you know - I went thru the volunteer training at Sojourner in the Spring and am volunteering at the shelter now! It's an amazing place for women & their children to feel safe, get help and have a home away from home while they work at building a life free from abuse.

Right foot surgery on 8 May 2017 (day 150), so the past month has only been leg raises & push-ups.... Some days were challenging (ok, I didn't do push-ups the first 2 days post-op!) but I was able to continue my streak - I'm doing this! Started walking/hobbling around on 9 June (day 182) - feels amazing to be mobile again, so I did some squats today ~ excited to get back to it!!
