Love and Care

This will be an Assisted Living Home that will focus on the Love and Care of each resident. Close attention to the needs and welfare both physically and mentally. Attention to the medically challenged as well as the physical with no favorites to any and prompt care for all.

My Mom

When My mother was in an assisted living home before she passed I noticed many residents complaining even up to the time I left, just to get help to go to the bathroom. How degrading that must have been for that poor woman to have to yell for help, sometimes for extended periods of time. Along the way as I was leaving the caregiver that was helping said that she was the only one there and that she could only help so many at one time.

Dedication

When I open my Assisted Living Home, I plan for it to be Nationally recognized as one of the top, if not THE top, rated assisted living facilities in the country. Where twice the amount of care will be given that is required by the state, if not more. I will pay my employees the amount that will draw the best caregivers and screen them for honesty integrity and caring. I believe in choosing to walk in the light.

Funding

I am not asking for free funding, I am asking for a loan. I will return your investment with 50% interest. Example, If you lend me 1k dollars I will return you 1500 USD within one year of you loan. I will Just not need that much as I expect this to take off. If you would like to donate it that would be very nice and welcome but this is not yet a non-profit so it will not be tax-deductible.

Staff and Start up

I plan on putting the money earned from this project back into the business of assisted living. I want Homes in operation around the southwest from Sante Fe, NM., to San Diego, Ca., to Mesa, AZ.. Like I said I want the best for the residents and I want to attract the best to take care of those that are entrusted to me.
