LIFE SKILLS TRAINING CENTER

Hello there!

My name is Lilian Espinoza Lara of Davao City Philippines. I am a mother of 4, and currently serving as secretary.

Me & my family used to run a family ministry for children and young people, training them to be excellent in their studies, but due to lack of funds, when to Philippine Government under Aquino Administration ordered that all training centers & schools should have at least 5,000 sq. meters lot area for a school to be conducive for learning, since we have no available funds at that time,we decided to just temporarily shutoff the said learning center. It was so devastating for both of us, our students, the parents & most of all, us, the vision keeper because we know we're helping a lot of families and children, but as a responsible citizen of the Philippines, we need to obey the rule of laws in the Philippine soils.

In that said school, children & young people are taught values & skills. They're trained how to be a responsible and Patriotic citizens wherever they may be, to love the environment & love for the poor & helpless. They're also trained how to be fluent in English by Speaking, Reading, Comprehension & Writing & the young people are also taught life skills that will empower them to acquire skills that helps them earn a living through technical skill on Electrical, industrial, & other technical skills, knowing that English is our second language. As a result of our diligent training and dedications to the lives of our students, the products of our training center are consistent honor students in a secular schools when they get to transfer to other schools, and the young people are able to acquire technical career that enabled them to support their own families.

Until this time, the passion to train the children & the young people to be the best students and eventually become a good and responsible citizens with patriotism is still run s in our blood, because we want to help build our nation to be one of the best in the world.

We want to see young generations rising with better ideals in life, loving their Nation, loving their environment, a peace loving citizens, a good steward individuals and a compassionate individuals to everyone, and to all creations.

Currently, we can not finance this advocacy, because we are still sending our children to school. We have 3 colleges and 1 high school students, and so we can not start this project as soon as we want, even if we want it, because we need first to build up my family because they will be our ultimate partners in this advocacy, because we have one vision as a family..."Build our Nation Thru excellent Skills with Free Education".

Eventually, as my children are beginning to step higher in their education,( because my eldest daughter who is taking up Bachelor of Science in Architecture in now on her 5th year and she's now in her Thesis semester. My 2nd son is now on his On-the-Job training for his BSMT course, and my 3rd child is now in 2nd year Mass Communication course, and my youngest son is in his 2nd yr. High school), we've agreed that we'll combine our resources to jump start this project that is being put on hold.

As we slowly traverse our destiny towards this family vision, we're asking our friends, across the globe that has the same passion as we have, to go partner with us, and support us in our financial needs to run this noble cause for the better generations to come, for the "Better Philippines, to be one of the best place to live in".
