Life saving weight loss surgery
In 2013 I tipped the scales at 180 kgs (396 pounds). I changed my lifestyle and lost 58 kgs (127.6 pounds). Unfortunately, due to complications from hip surgery earlier this year, I am unable to return to gym and have now started gaining weight. I really need help please!!!
