I am Sara
I am 27 years old, newly married with baby child boy
I have an autoimmune disease called systemic lupus for 10 years now
This disease make me suffer alot
recently it attacked my kidneys leading to Renal failure
I had to take chemotherapy and steroids but no improvement
Now I am on dialysis waiting for renal transplantation as the last solution to go back to my life and my child
so I need these money for the operation urgently
