Campaign Story
In behalf of Liceo de Pakil Batch 2004-2005, we would like to ask for your help to please help us raise funds for Jayjay’s Kidney Transplan. Last February 27, 2019 our high school batchmate John Jayson F. Antonio(Jayjay Antonio) was rushed to emergency room of VRP Medical Center and was admitted with the diagnosis of Chronic Renal Disease Stage 5. His doctor told him to undergo kidney transplant, and while waiting for the operation, he underwent IJ (intrajugular) catheter insertion and AVF creation (Arteriovenous fistula) a lifeline access for hemodialysis. He also underwent several blood transfusions and 3x a week dialysis. They were referred to NKTI(National Kidney and Transplant Institute) for lesser cost of hospitalization. His kidney transplant operation last April 2020 was cancelled due to pandemic, for almost 10 months, his family had been struggling to support all his medications and treatments, Jayjay was a big help to his family, he supported his two siblings’ education, and other family needs. His illness made him incapable of doing his work effectively and gave him physical and emotional burdens. Help us in praying to let God touch and heal him by His healing hands, to give him the courage to fight his illness. Thank you in advance for helping our friend/batchmate. May God bless you!🙏🏻
