LIFE SAVING HEMODIALYSIS TREATMENT FOR MARIO LUKBAN PESTAÑAS

Hi everyone we are facing a difficult battle at the moment our loving Tatay Mario Lukban Pestañas aged 58, live in Vinzons Camarines Norte. Last August 10, 2019 he suffered from Shortness of Breath was diagnosed Chronic Kidney Disease End Stage, SEC to Hypetension, Pneumonia Moderate Risk.

We are humbly asking for help to those people who have a big heart to share any amount to our Tatay Mario and he's undergo Hemodialysis 3 times a week amounting 4,561.87 per session and he need to take medicine everyday (N-Acetysteine, Clotrimazole, ISMN, Atorvastatin, Omeprazole, Carvedidol, CaCo3, Ivabradine, Amplodipine, Levoflaxacin, Epo ALpha, Heparin, Fixcom 4 , Fixcom 2, Pulmudual Neb, Aspirin, Clopidogrel, Colchicine, Coralan).

On behalf of my father , who is currently under medication, I would like to ask for your good hearts to please extend your helping hands to financially support. I hope you can find it in your hearts to donate for my tatay medical needs, supplies, and expenses.
