I am Cashell Q. Rubio, 30 years old. I have 3 loving children, motherhood for me is my biggest achievement and happiest moment in life. Living a simple and quiet life surrounded with wonderful family and small circle of friends ng dumating ang pinaka masakit na pangyayare sa aking buhay. I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia last May 26, 2017, that time I was pregnant with my youngest child. But still hindi kami pinabayaan ni God naging maayos ang panganganak ko and I have the biggest miracle in my life, my youngest child Faith Mirashell, Praise God she’s healthy and a happy child.

Natapos ko ang buong session ng chemotherapy last October 2017. By God’s grace and mercy I was in remission for almost 5 months. I am still grateful because I really enjoyed those months creating happy memories with my loving family especially my children, binigay ko buong oras at lakas para alagaan and mapadama sa kanila kung gaano ko sila kamahal.

Until March 2018 the bad news came again, it was a relapsed, kelangan ko po ulit mag chemotherapy. At first I was hesitant to have chemotherapy hindi dahil sa hindi ko kaya, dahil ayoko ng mawalay sa mga anak ko ng ilang months na naman at ayoko na mahirapan ulit ang mga magulang, kapatid at asawa ko, I tried other option but I failed, hindi ko pala kaya.

One day my 2nd child Cailey and I doing her homework may question dun what makes you sad? So tinanong ko siya, and she answered "Kapag po sad ka and weak.” What makes you happy? "Kapag po magkakasama tayo nila Daddy and magkakatabi matulog. It breaks my heart! Hearing my children praying at night Papa Jesus pagalingin mo na po mommy ko para magkakasama and happy na ulit kami. Then my parents and siblings told me na magpa chemotherapy nalang ulit ako kakayanin naten sa tulong ni God. That made my decision to have medication again, my family especially my children.

Ako po ay kumakatok sa inyong butihing puso at humihingi po ng tulong any amount po para sa aking Bone Marrow Transplant, malaking tulong at biyaya na ayon sa aking doctor ay nagkakahalaga ng 3-4 million.
