Life On The Other Side

I have started this fundraiser for the purpose of my family needing some serious help. We have been encountering a lot of obstacles within the last year and a half. The same as most we were a working family, enjoyed life, and never turned our backs on others. About two months ago it just seemed like everything happened all at once. We went from losing our jobs, then our home, and lastly our cars. We have been living day to day ever since, catching little odd jobs here and there and helping where we can. Unfortunately we have not been able to get back on our feet as of yet. Even though we have been putting in the applications and continually checking back we just have not had any luck. This situation has truly been an obstacle to get over and I have all the faith that we will get through this and survive. We can honestly say god has definitely been watching over us and keeping us safe with a positive mind and attitude, for that alone we can only be grateful. It has been hard living day to day not knowing what is going to happen, where we are going to lay our heads, and even what, when, and how we are going to feed ourselves. There has been days where none of that is possible and some days that it is, but during this process it has been more bad days then good. On top of all that is already going on my other half (Kelvin Majette) just had a stroke 6 days ago and has been in the hospital since. He is doing a little better not 100% just yet but working with his therapists and doctors to get back healthy and moving again but it looks like we will be in the hospital longer than expected. Of course there are several medications that are going to be needed and we have completely ran out of resources and options and even though we have a great group of family members at this time they are unable to provide any help. At this point we are just trying to get a stepping stone to get back ahead of things and hopefully a fresh start. If anyone can help, any and all donations no matter how small or big are greatly appreciated. The one thing we will not do is lose faith and god bless you all.
