Life Help

I am a veteran and teacher in a small community with limited income as a result. My children are grown, but one seems to always be in financial trouble asking me for help. As a result of this, she has drained all of my savings and prevented me from making some much needed repairs to my home. One major issue with my home is that the vertical support 8x8 beams are rotted at the ground making the house not level and causing it to probably not survive the next hurricane that comes through.

I am also planning to get married next summer to a wonderful woman who is also a teacher at my school. We will not be co-habitating until after the wedding and I would really like to have the repairs done before she moves in. 

Between getting married and the expenses related to the wedding/honeymoon and my daughter's financial issues, I am really needing some help. Anything will be appreciated.
