LIFE EXTENSION OF ANDY LEE FERNANDO

Hello everyone, my name is Mary Grace Fostanes an OFW in Singapore. Me and my friend REN MARK CABANGISAN and the rest of our friends would like to ask from all of you who as a big heart in helping our beloved friend ANDY LEE FERNANDO. Andy is a fighter and is really trying to survive in his battles now. We created this account to help ANDY and his family in the Philippines. As a friend of ANDY, we are trying our best to help him as much as we can to fulfill his wish to EXTEND HIS LIFE.

Andy is a survivor with his operations. He had Kidney Failure and he has DIALYSIS twice a week for almost 3 years. According to his doctor, it is the result of having hi blood pressure. With that operation he is still connected Concentrix Cagayan de Oro City who has been also supporting him with the help of his HMO Maxicare but recently it is max out. After which he had another operation for his lungs for some other complications and sad to say its one of the result of his medications. Right now, ANDY is in the Intensive Care Unit since April 25, 2018. Her mom is very worried since their hospital bill has reached 83,000.00 pesos and his new HMO Intellicare has also max out. Her mother has no other sources of income where she could find money to extend the life of his son. His father passed away since 2012 and her mom is only a housewife.

Out of frustration, we don't really know where to get funds for him . As a friend who is also far away from him we are trying our best to give him the best that we can. I am calling all of our friends to help us in ANDY's condition now. Your prayers is very important to ANDY. We aren't ready to let go of ANDY. We hope and we pray that he will wale up and welcome another life ahead.

When medical crisis come to our lives, friends and families will always be there to help each other. We appreciate any amount of help for ANDY.
