We sleep through one-third of our lives. Enhancing this process would give us major benefits. It would increase overall quality of our lives. One thing that's in our hands is sleep posture. I researched sleep postures and I found out that all of the good ones need some sort of a pillow or a cushion to provide us the required support in certain areas. While that works fine it's extremely uncomfortable and impractical, especially for people who tend to roll in their sleep and who change their positions a lot. Imagine realigning the pillow every time you turn that's no quality sleep! There are some half-baked ideas out there on how to counter this but none come close to what I have in mind.
Sleep pants! Pants with integrated pads around your knees providing fulcrum! This engages your posture without any efforts of your own! It releases tension in the lower back, realigns the spine to a perfect line, that way lessening or entirely avoiding the unpleasant symptoms of various back problems like scoliosis or lordosis.
The best thing about it is that it's as easy as putting on pants!
