LIA TO INDIA !!!!!!!

Lia is 17 and with help of Plan My Gap Year, this summer (2015) she is wanting to travel to Delhi, India to take part in a 2-3 week volunterring course in a hospital. She's looking at persuing a career in nursing and once she attends university nursing is what she'll be studying, Lia is also very fond of the culture and the way things work in less developed countries. After studying AS world development for a year and doing case studies on India it has given her a greater ambition to want to visit.  Unfortunatly everything comes at a cost and as Lia is only a student she doesn't earn enough money at weekends to be able to afford the trip. The money raised will be an appreciated help to pay towards accomadtion (with a host family), meals, airport pick up, transport to/ from project daily, flights, insurance and a CRB check and any spare will be donated to the hospital in India so they can put it towards necessary items they lack.  As well as having this page to make donations Lia will also be doing local fund raising events which will be advertised on social media and in her local area.  Thank you.
