"Levantar Vozes por Cabo Delgado - Raising Voices for Cabo Delgado” is a public awareness campaign in solidarity with the victims of the conflict in Cabo Delgado. Women and children have been identified as a vulnerable group in Cabo Delgado, making up about 80% of internally displaced people (IDPs). Women bear the brunt of the crisis as first responders, caregivers to their communities and rebuilders of livelihoods while also at the greatest risk of gender-based violence (GBV), lack of access to sexual and reproductive health care and consequences of gender inequality
Our campaign aims to contribute to lightening these women's burden.
