Hello everyone! To start with, this is not about me. It is about my girlfriend's family, which recently lost a member. Her name is Andreea Mihaela Bratu, and her father died one week ago because of Leukemia. He was a border police officer and he spent his entire life working in police. He was only 49, and he had many plans, all of them to improve his family's life. He has a wife and two daughters: the older one is 23 years old (my girlfriend), and the younger one is 20 years old. Only a month ago he got sick and was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in phase 6. They hoped for a miracle. Unfortunately, Leukemia won. He left behind his wife and daughters, along with a lot of hardships. Their monthly income was around 1640 €, from which they were paying 750 € for debts (5 sources of debt), the largest one being for their house (182 € monthly). To their income, the most part was coming from his father's job, around 980 €. The older daughter has been working for 9 months now (since she graduated from Economic Studies Academy of Bucharest), and the younger one is currently in the second year in Architecture. Their remaining debt for the house is 25.600€, and the other debt sources sum up to a total of 9600€. People from our local town have donated to help them, and they have enough money for the following month, perhaps one more. Their only solution is to sell the house they are living in.
To conclude, I created this Campaign in order to help them. Please do not hesitate to contact me for more details.
This campaign has no goal for a fixed amount, I know that every little effort will definitely help them. I hope that they will afford to pay their installments for the next few months. Unfortunately, they will have to sell the house, I just want to help them put some things in order until then. I can't even think of how it is to loose your father in this period of the year, with Christmas and New Year. Now, they might loose the house too.
