A birthday cake is never too late! Jacqui had her 37th on August 4... Thanks to our sister in law Julieanne for bringing her the only cake she had for her birthday! Jacqui was at her worst on her birthday for she was almost admitted in an ICU. But, God is good! We hope she completely gets over the new infection that has caught her! God heal her, please!

A few days ago Jacqueline Gatchalian Rojas-Bartolome was so happy for an early birthday gift!- In spite of her condition she had been promoted to SPO1!!!

Today is her birthday and the news is not very good 😧 she was about to be admitted in the ICU this morning. She was hoping that she can spend her birthday with her children back home in Laguna or at least be back home by weekend.

Lord, strengthen our faith in you when it is being put to test... Grant that we may find meaning in all this trials...

I would like to ask You to grant her the best birthday gift she can have this year... HEAL HER DEAR LORD, GOD!!! Keep us in your loving arms.

Just the same... HAPPY BIRTHDAY OUR DIMPLE! 🎂🎈

It had been sad that my sister Jacqueline's latest bone marrow analysis done on June 29 did not give any good result after an induction chemotherapy last month. It has been heartbreaking but we remain hopeful knowing that the Almighty is by our side in this fight. As a result, she is to repeat the induction treatment with some modification on the chemotherapeutic agents including higher doses and resorting to more expensive ones. It was supposed to be restarted last Monday yet, July 4th with around Php80,000.00 to Php90,000.00 needed just for the chemotherapeutic agents alone... Because of inadequate resources the treatment is once again delayed... With this difficulties, Jacqui tends to entertain thoughts of losing hope and discontinuing the treatment thinking of the possibility of another poor result after this... We, her family, surrounds to support her and show her the fight is worth another try!

How could we give up seeing her most of the time cheerful in spite of the circumstances?... How could we give up when she moves like someone without this kind of disease?... She carries out her tasks a mothers perfectly and does her activities of daily living independently... And if she can be allowed she would even prefer to carry out her duty as a Police Officer... We are not giving up! We continue to look for means to make things happen... And we keep knocking at your doors to help us and join us in this fight.

I thank her friends and all those who have selflessly reached out to her. She'll be forever grateful for these. We pray that the Almighty God continue to bless you more and more! To God be the Glory!!!

On June 24, after a month and a day Jacqueline Gatchalian Rojas-Bartolome was sent home from her first session of chemotherapy with some oral antibiotics for an acquired infection during the therapy. From the expensive and not-so-comfortable hospital bed/room of PGH (well there's no place like home ☺) she's finally home in Siniloan, Laguna reunited with her two missed-so-much kids, who are just accompanied by a 17-year old caregiver. I can just imagine her relief.😃

I admire this warrior for such a strong spirit. We, as her family have cried a lot but she told us... She doesn't cry anymore. When you talk over the phone her voice are as happy as a healthy individual! Her balding scalp doesn't bother her so much. Her daughter who is in her 11th grade said, "buhok lang yan mama!" Keep going sissy! We are just here! (Here in Zamboanga! Ay! Malayo pala!)😕😆

In her behalf, I, along with the other members of the 👨👩👦 family, heartily thank all those who gave their support of all kinds (you're so many to mention!)... Your prayers, assistance, visits, words of courage, blood donations, monetary contributions, and the like are well appreciated! There are some who chose to be anonymous! Her friends and colleagues in Mabitac are her ever loyal supporters! Thank you so much for doing a lot for her. It is so hurtful that I cannot do so much for her. Your works of generosity and kindness are not left unnoticed. God, the Almighty sees what you do and surely He is pleased and will bless you more! Thank you so much. Words are not enough to describe our gratefulness!

Moreover, next week, on the 29th of June she is again scheduled for another Bone Marrow Analysis. We are praying that the results will be better after the first therapy. It will determine her body's response to it and thus, the next session as well. We pray for her fast and complete recovery. Grant us that Oh Lord! Amen.

And so we continue to knock at your doors. There is yet more struggles to come. We stay calm, hopeful, prayerful, so much faith in our hearts!

To God be the glory!!!

Jacqui's 1st chemo session was started last night. We continue to pray that her body responds positively to the treatment and that she finds the strength and will to overcome all possible side effects and stress this treatment may bring. We continue to appeal to you for help so that we can raise the resources needed for a complete treatment course. God bless us all.

Thank you for taking your time going over this campaign. Right now Jacqueline is going through a lot of medical clearances to prepare for the treatment. She had been transfused with several bags of blood, that is why we are also looking for more blood donors. Many have already responded but she will still need more in the future.

We continue to pray that she will get over this crisis. And we also continue to thank many of you for caring. To God be the Glory!!!

We are so grateful for so many people who have come to our call for a cause. Many have shared through other means outside gogetfunding.com even before we started with this. Jacqueline is so grateful that she has already received Php60,000.00 in all. There's also Php58,000.00 worth of medicine/drugs from PCSO. More and more are also responding as blood donors. Other means of support are also overwhelming. Thank you Dear Lord for working Your ways through this people. To God be the Glory!!!

Hi Miss Aileen White! I am overwhelmed with your response to our call for financial assistance on Jacqui’s treatment. Words are not enough to express my gratitude, especially because this is the second time you have come to backed up my campaign. I was almost giving up on it for it seems to be funded at a very slow rate. Thank you so much! Words are not enough to express our gratefulness!

The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of those depths. I saw your picture and it says you are beautiful and I discern that you are also beautiful inside. Get well soon as I believe our Almighty God will heal you in Jesus Christ of Nazareth name.
