Morning of 17 December 2021, Typhoon Odette or internationally called Typhoon Rai hit Philippines.

Several Island in the Visayas and Mindanao were greatly affected.

One island is Negros, with 2 provinces, Occidental and Oriental. The southern part of the island is badly hit. It destroyed homes and livelihood. Power was cut-off as electric post fell, drinking water is very dependent with electricity. There is no definite time when it will be back.
