Introduction

My Name is Babak and I am a software engineer with more than 20 years experience in developing applications. After working for several corporations for over 20 years, I have come to the conclusion that I no longer want to give away my expertise in development to these companies. I wish to see the people from my community prosper, so now I want to work for the people. In order to achieve my goal I will need the help of the community to kickstart my ideas. Although an idea will remain an idea without financial support and viewpoint of members of the community. In return investors will get back allocated shares and benefits.

My first project which I have already started working on is called group play.

Introducing Group Play

Group Play(GP)

GP is a small closed community application that creates an environment for playing games in groups worldwide. Some people in this community called “Captains” are the ones that will be responsible for posting the games, inviting others (players) to participate in the game after purchasing the share for that game. The captains are also responsible for dividing the prize money between participants after each round is over.

Here is an example of how a game might be.

For instance, a captain will purchase $380 worth of lottery tickets and opens a game named Lotte380 in the Group Play (GP). The Captain set up that as 400 plays for the Lotte380 game with each play costing $1. The total winning prize will be divided equally between players depending on their shares of total defined game.

The players will benefit from being a part of higher number of tickets with higher chance of winning while the captains would have a chance to be compensated for the efforts of purchasing tickets, posting that on the site and encourage people to buy the share of large ticket and dividing the prize money, by adjusting the price of each share (in this case the $20) in a way that is acceptable for the players in that game.

Here’s the math:

A captain will buy $380 worth of lottery tickets and open a game named Lotte380 in the GP. The captain establishes 400 plays for the Lotte380 game with each play costing $1. The captain will set the prize of each play at 0.25% of the total winning prize. Thus, the players will have a share in the game that is worth a total of $380 by paying only $1 and each player will win 0.25% of the total awarded prize for each $1 player spent. If a player pays $10 to buy 10 plays and the Lotte380 wins a prize in the draw and the winning award is $6,000,000. Each play prize will be 0.25*$6,000,000/100=$15,000. So the player with 10 plays will win 10*$15,000=$150,000. The captain will award $150,000 to the player that had purchased 10 plays. Also, the captain will earn $20 for being the one to create the Lotte380.

Trust in our community

We want to ensure trust within the Group Play community so it needs to operate like a closed community. Captains will need an invitation to register and players will need an invitation from the Captain to play. This way we know everyone within the GP community and we can count on each other.

What you will get

Assuming 1,000,000 shares for this project, at this point half of the existing shares will be sold to the community, thus 500,000 shares will be available to people who would like to invest with each share worth $1.00 (one USD Dollar).

By investing $1.00 the backer will have one share of the system and they will receive dividends after each fiscal year for their share. To show my gratitude for the supporters from my community, priority invitations will be given to those with higher donations so keep your receipts!
