Let me explain that title. I want to become a Certified Professional Sex Coach/Sexologist. Thus, the "Let's talk about sex, baby" headline. Sex is still a subject so many people have a hard time talking about, even to their own spouses and/or significant others. People need to be able to feel comfortable in their own bodies and express who they are, for themselves, not just for their partners. I learned many, many years ago to be comfortable with my own sexuality, my own body, that I was fortunate enough that a few of my previous BF's opened up in me in ways I never had imagined. Yet ,I wasn't always that way as I was that person who couldn't talk about sex, even to my former husband. Unfortunately, a lot of people do not have the confidence and comfort levels in themselves to discuss what they like and don't like with their partners. And that's where I want to help. I want to help people become confident in who they are, confident in their sexuality, confident in being able to communicate their needs, confident to be themselves with their partners and feel the extreme pleasures and joys that sex and orgasms gives you. We live in a stressful world and sex is a stress-reliever. Think about the last time you had great sex... the endorphin high you felt after, the feeling of pure elation? Wasn't it amazing?!? I want to help empower people, empower couples to feel that way as much as they possibly can. We don't need more hang-ups and stress in our lives, we need more orgasms, touching, kissing, hugging and some of the simple human pleasures and connections that the intimacy of wonderful sex gives you.
With all that said of some of my reasons why I want to become a Sexologist, now I should explain how I get there. There is obviously training that has to be done. I have chosen the educational route I want to take through (mostly) on-line training with classroom training as well. This program is expensive and I work a slightly above minimum wage job that doesn't afford extra expenses and I'm going well-beyond myself and my own comfort level to ask strangers to help me accomplish this goal. This program, when completed, will give me the tools to not only become a Certified Sexologist, but also will give me the training and tools to be a coach with my own practice and to to be successful on my own, which is an extra bonus of teaching the business side of this career as well. My goal is to be independent and not continue to work for someone else forever. Isn't that the American dream, to have your own business? Anyways, haven't been able to move forward with it in ways that I wanted and so I'm reaching out to strangers asking for your assistance to make my goals and dreams come true. Thank you!
