My name is Torsten Daerr and I would like to ask you to support my online community and portal at english.best. One of the most important parts is the forum where learners of English can ask questions, posts their essays, share their experiences and make friends.

So far I have always been able to maintain and grow the site without any external financial support but now the site could greatly benefit from additional features and materials. Right from the beginning, my goal was to help those learners who live in countries where education is essential if they want to have similar opportunities as people from highly industrialized countries. Many learners from African or Asian countries still don’t have broad-band internet and a lot of money so they can’t afford expensive English classes, books and other resources. That’s why all the materials on english.best can be downloaded as a PDF for free. I want to reach as many people from around the world as possible.
