Hello, my name is Cheryl Ann and I am celebrating my 25th Birthday on March 22nd this year.
My high school classmate’s son Vonn Liam (2 years old) was diagnosed to have suffered from "Congenital Heart Disease". The patient is Currently admitted at the Philippines Heart Center for his open-heart surgery as soon as possible as per advised by his attending physician. The family disclosed that they do not have enough money for the said surgery and blood donor type O+ for 8-10 people 3 days before the scheduled surgery.
Instead of birthday presents this year I would like to ask my friends and family to join this fundraiser to help contribute to this cause. Your donation will help us in sponsoring medicines, conducting heart surgeries, and providing supportive care for Vonn Liam. Also, please feel free to contact with us to those match blood type and willing to donate.
