Let’s help take some weight off!

If you've ever stepped foot in one of the Green Mountain CrossFit locations, you've experienced first hand the magic Nick Petterssen and Cady Hart-Petterssen bring to the lives of their athletes through fitness. In addition to daily class offerings, they also host incredible community-building events several times a year. This is not only a passion, but a source of livelihood. In hauling nearly a 1,000 lbs of weights and equipment from the North location the Central location in preparation for the 2016 Backyard Games, their truck kicked the bucket on the side of I-89. Whereas it has not been determined how much it will cost to get the truck back up and running, you can imagine it will be quite costly. Let’s make sure this year’s Backyard Games is one to remember, not because it was a financial wash, but because our community stepped in to take some of the weight off their shoulders. Every little bit helps!
