Hey everyone, this campaign is about funding people who are most affected by poisonous Snakes in Kitui region, Kenya. Kindly watch the video to understand some of the suffering they encounter and risk they are exposed to.

Resident of Kitui, Kenya, have been facing tough times as their bliss and peace is rudely interrupted by an unwanted visitor, deadly Vipers. Many of them have had their bodies amputated because of the fatal venom caused by poisonous snakes in the area.

This is made worse by inability to afford healthcare and quick medical response when they are affected by snake bites. There are couple of things we can do as Global citizens to assist the affected people.

* Provide gumboots to a village farmers in the affected areas, providing vital protection against snakebites while they work in their gardens growing food to support their families. Prevention first!

*Meet the basic daily hospital costs of a snakebite patient , including dressings costs and basic medication.

* Pay for a prosthetic limb for a person who has lost an arm or leg due to snakebite.

*Cover the costs of skin grafting to repair tissue damage caused by the bite of a snake with necrotic venom.

*Helping to fund community education and training programmes that teach snakebite prevention and first aid.

Let us join hands to donate to this noble cause. Kindly let us help to alleviate suffering for our Men, women and children who suffers the fate of deadly vipers.
Kindly share!! Share!! Share!!!. Thanks.
