Campaign Story
Baby Aika is the daughter of Fritzie Marie Fernandez-Ferrer, she was born premature May 3 and had a cardiac arrest on May 7 due to Pericardial Tamponade (fluid surrounding her heart causing it to compress). She is diagnosed with a very rare condition called Congenital Chlyothorax, meaning that lymph nodes accumulate around her lungs, making it very difficult for her to breathe.
I'm starting this fundraiser to show my support for Aika's parents, Leo and Fritzie Fernandez-Ferrer to meet the family's needs (hospital bills from surgery and Neonatal ICU confinement). Baby Aika is fighting courageously.

04 June: update
Update posted by Yan Alonzo at 11:34 pmfinally! we're now 30ml per feed! the sutures in her heart and both lungs are totally removed and the incisions from her surgery are almost completely healed. we have a great God! we are blessed, everyday! thank you for praying with us.
