Let’s help Leonardo Nucom for his hospital bills

In Oct of 2018, my father Leonardo Nucom was rushed to Cardinal Santos Medical Center

and had some recurring hospital visits since then and got diagnosed with Prostate Adenocarcinoma Stage IV with Bone and Liver Metastasis.

On 20th Feb 2019, he was then admitted to the ICU due to Allergies, Constipation, Complicated UTI, Prostate Adenocarcinoma, and Appendectomy (raptured). Various test are needed to

treat his condition and unfortunately, we do not have the financial capability to support his

hospital and medical needs. Our hospital bill has gone to Php 600 000 and we are doing everything

we can to gather the amount needed, that's why we humbly knock on your gentle hearts on supporting our family.

This 10th March 2019 we lost him after a bravely fought battle against cancer.
