Let’s Help Jose Cañita Get His Stolen Money Back

On the 5th of November a trash collector named Jose Cañita lost all of his hard earned money because a drunk security guard stole it from him while he was asleep. A sum of 100 pesos ($2 equivalent) was stolen from Jose which he has earned from selling scraps of plastic and piles of garbage.

I was so touched by the story of Jose that I've decided to help him get his money back and do more by giving him a livelihood so that he would have a sustainable income for him to retire from garbage collecting. I'm asking for everyone's to please help Jose so that we could raise $500 for his retirement and for him to start a business of his own. I'm an average guy who's earning a little over than $4000 a year here in the Philippines and I'm pledging an amount of 2000 pesos from my own savings to help Jose get back on his feet.
