Let’s Help Jayson Nieva

Our friend Jayson Nieva, suffered from stroke yesterday June 26, 2018. He is now admitted at East Avenue Medical Center for further diagnosis and procedures. Jayson suffered from heart attack (CVD Blood) Cardio Vascular disease, according to the doctors he there's a blood clot that caused his brain to swell and they advised to do an operation to push the blood clot to lessen the swelling of his brain. there maybe a tendency that half his body (left part) will have to undergo therapy, however it will be a long cycle. (Apologies I am not a doctor and these information were given by his eldest daughter Claire)

We would like to seek any type of help from you, his friends and family to make this fund raising activity grow to supply the needs of his ongoing hospitalization, procedures and medication.
