We are humbly appealing and knocking on your kind hearts to help raise fund for my sister Irish’s cancer treatments and medical care.
Irish is an aspiring architect who dreams of building houses and homes for people. But now, there is only one dream, one gift that she wants to have - to be free of Stage IV Breast Cancer.
Like most women, Irish is a typical young professional with a blossoming career and a blissful married life. Three years into her marriage, she became pregnant but the joyous moment was short-lived. She lost her baby due to some complications. They tried to get pregnant again for over a year but it was not successful. In 2017, during one of her regular check-ups, a tumour was found in her breast, which turned out to be malignant.
She tried for alternative cure and herbal medicines hoping that her condition will not worsen but to no avail. But after a series of examinations, her breast cancer metastasised into fourth stage. Since last year, Irish underwent cancer treatments such as radiation therapy and is now in her seventh month of chemotherapy.
The tumour in her breast decreased in size after a series of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, it started growing again at an alarming rate and has become quite aggressive. The doctor has changed her chemo drugs for the third time to stop the growth of the tumour and the spread of cancer cells in her body. Sadly, specialised cancer treatments are expensive and she might undergo a surgery or another radiation treatment, depending on the advice of her doctor.
Irish is only 34. She wants another shot at life, build not only her own house but other people’s dream houses, and foster her own family. Let us help Irish fulfil her dreams and battle this disease. Any amount you can contribute will be of great help in financing her cancer treatments and eventual healing.
Lastly, we also appeal to keep her in your prayers knowing that our God will hear them and completely heal my sister Irish.
With humble gratitude on behalf of Irish, her husband, friends and family, thank you for being an answer to our prayers. May God bless your generous heart a hundred fold.
