Campaign Story
Hello friends, family, and fellow-admirers of Max. I have shocking news: our favorite burner baby is turning thirty . That's right, thirty.
On the 5th of July Max will bid a bittersweet farewell to his twenties and begin his 3rd decade of existence on planet Earth. He will surely be thinking of all of you and wishing you were here in Oz to ring it in with us.
I would like to invite you to contribute to the purchase of a special birthday gift for him. Over the past several months, Max has repeatedly expressed a desire to own a telescope. He has shown particular interest in this one.
So if you are wondering what to get Max for his 30th birthday, wonder no further! I have started a top secret (shh!) telescope fund that you can contribute to. I'm suggesting donations of $20, but whatever you feel comfortable with is fine. I think it would be so awesome for this gift to come from all of us collectively and I know Max will just love it.
If you're feeling up for it, leave Max a birthday message in the comments section! The amount you donated will be kept private but I will show him your messages and he will be able to see the names of all who pitched in!
We love Max and max loves outer space. Let's show him some galactic love!
