Campaign Story
Leo is in need of surgery for 2 torn ACL's in his back legs. He mainly gets carried outside to do his business. He can stand and walk a few steps that is for now. The vets suggest putting him down if he does not undergo surgery.
Leo is a 7 year old Pembrook Welsh Corgi with tons of spunk and energy.
