Let Us Fight The Big C with Karla

We are seeking financial help for our very dear friend Karla Tolentino-Morada who's been battling with breast cancer for a year now.

On Dec 7, 2016, she had her first breast ultrasound, and another made on May 28, 2017, both results showed the tumor was benign. But on June 5, 2017, they needed to do a biopsy of the tumor on her right breast and was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma.

She quickly underwent a radical mastectomy procedure from July 2 to July 6, 2017. She had her first cycle of chemotherapy on Aug 17, 2017, and three more periods til Oct 20, 2017. After that, was a series of radiation treatment for 33 days, from Dec 11, 2017, to Feb 23, 2018.

Hoping that her cancer has gone into remission after going through the process and turning to a holistic food diet she was advised by her doctor a few months ago to do some more tests and found out that there are metastasis tumors on her left breast and lungs. Because of this, she needs to undergo a PET CT Scan which is very expensive in our country. There are only two private hospitals that have this equipment. The PET CT Scan costs roughly $1,600 plus medications and hospitalization.

Karla's officemates did a run for a cause to help raise funds for her medications, but it is not enough. We need your help.

Karla is a good friend of ours. She is a single mom with no child support. We are knocking at your kind heart and seeking financial help. Please help us help Karla fight this battle. Her nine-year-old son needs her.
