My daughter, Scarlet B. Victor was born on March 18, 2019 with a condition called Meningoencephalocele.
Meningoencephalocele is a type of encephalocele, which is an abnormal sac of fluid, brain tissue, and meninges (membranes that cover the brain and spinal cord) that extends through a defect in the skull.
We believe she has a bright future in this world that is full of possibilities but all of that may not even be possible if her condition remains. So, we ask all parents and concerned individuals with hearts of gold to help us raise enough funds for her operation which will require a substancial amount.
