Let’s help our elders!

My name is Jade. I am looking to raise as much money as possible to donate to care homes that look after our poorly elders. My nan is in a care home with alzeighmers and dimentia. She is slowly giving up on herself and I really want to be able to help all of this poorly elders. Raising money could give them all a lovely bedroom, entertainment in the home and many more.
